Here at aronsalon we are committed to creating the most beautiful hair. We guarantee all our work. If in the unlikely situation you are not happy with your hair we offer a complimentary adjustment. All adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original appointment and will be adjusted by the stylist who did the original service. aronsalon does not provide refunds nor complimentary adjustments for change of mind.

aronsalon is proud to welcome any new human to our space. In order to secure your first appointment a $100 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure the appointment. This deposit will go toward your service on the day of your appointment.

Depending on the appointment and services selected, the system will require a further $100-$400 deposit. This is rare but needed for large appointments, multiple services in one day and will likely mean you will be in the salon for 6+ hours.

Deposits of this nature are non refundable, if for any reason you need to change your appointment 48 hours notice is needed and the deposit will carry over. If you do not show to your appointment the deposit will be taken as a no show fee. By not showing up to an appointment secured with a deposit, our small business misses out on trade for the day as does any other client who may have been wanting that appointment.

aronsalon is committed to being a professional 5 star rated salon- as part of our salon policy, all clients must either have a haircut or post colour blow dry upon completion of any colour service. We do not allow clients to leave with wet hair nor can we cut costs if it compromises this policy.

aronsalon is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including consultations, correspondence, by telephone, by email, via our website aronsalon.com, from cookies and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing or clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our marketing emails.

When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

We use cookies and website analytics tools on our website to be assist us in providing a better service to our customers, for targeting our advertising and for tracking user activity. These cookies are provided by third party agencies and companies which we use.

However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.

aronsalon will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.

If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment, at least 48 hours notice is needed in order to fill your spot with another guest.

aronsalon is an appointment only salon, therefore we must strictly enforce our cancelation policy. No shows or last minute cancelations negatively impact our business and take away opportunities from other guests to have their hair done.

Cancelations within 48 hours or failure to attend an appointment will incur a $100 cancelation fee.

A new deposit of $100 will be required to secure a new appointment in such situations.

When booking multiple services on the same day, the system will require a further $100-$400 deposit. As the nature of these appointments tend to book our stylist for 6+hours, not showing to your appointment means this deposit will be taken as a no show fee. A new fee will be required to secure your appointment. Unfortunately repeat offenders will not be permitted to rebook.
